Please, share your mantras, in what you are focused on before going to sleep and your thoughts. That way I can give you better and more accurate help.
my mantras before going to sleep, are just.. " im going to have a lucid dream.... and i will remember it..." i dont know whats happening to me lately i cant recall much, i remember the first entry of my dream journal ever, i remembered 5 dreams, and i dont know why, the number of dreams per night, just went down.. little by little, so now im the point that i just remember a little scene of my dream... like a 4 second scene... o.O..
Today, my recall imrpoved a bit, i was able to remember great part of a dream, but just that.. a single dream.. anyway.. hope improvements come, i also think super physical activities are a dream sign, since it happens often, but even do it happens i dont seem to go lucid, anyway i think this may be a good dream sign to use in my favor later.
Okay, today went even better, i remembered 3 dreams.., im getting better at recall, but im not doing reality checks... i always forget, maybee thats why i havent had a LD in a long while.. imma try to RC each time i pass tru a door from now on...ohh... i got a question.. do i have to post the dreams like a journal in heree?
