So... today I had LAN & Advanced PC Repair Class, I talked with the teacher about a "new" route where Computer viruses can hide themselves (and then He told me that He discovered that technique some time ago but the other teacher ignored him so He forgot to tell us about that technique), I posted that technique on IAC Students Forum (like We do every time We find a launch route where a virus may set himself for auto-launching), I bought some music CDs (Vintersorg's Till Fjalls and Cosmic Genesis,Type O Negative's Dead Again and Tristania's Beyond the Veil) and then I watched the brainwashig machine, listened music, played computer games and that sort of things I tend to do most days.
QUESTION: listening to music before going to bed is a DO or a DON'T?
Tried to recall but my brother turned the TV on and screwed up the attepmt.
I drank a big glass of Pepsi and went to the bed. I turned the TV on, but instead of watching it I grabbed my mp3 player and started to listen to the last Therion album. Then, after listening a few songs, I turned both things off, right at 1:00, like I tend to do all days. I took 20 minutes to clear my mind and focus on the intention of being lucid, using a mantra, I'll be in a LD very soon.
I only remember a fragment. Me, in my room, with a bald guy teaching me martial arts.

I am inside a train, with Javier (my brother), Diego and Rodrigo (friends). We are going to somewhere to do something (dream fillers). This train is quite old and makes a lot of noise, shrieking all the time. But, there We are, in the last station. After walking a few streets, Rodrigo stops in front of a small house and rings. A girl opens the door. She looks familiar. Of course, She's Valeria ! (another friend). We go inside her house. After that, I don't remember anything.

10/1, 2 and 3
No dreams recalled. Specially today, my dad screwed up the night, at 2:30 He was shouting by phone to the guy of the ambulances (We needed a doctor for my grandma, and the ambulance got delayed several times) during 20 minutes. After, that I only wanted to catch sleep.
No recall and no incubation (I had a bad day, in emotional terms) and my mind is a bit turbulent, focused on other things.
Today I recalled 2 dreams, but I forgot to write down them on my DJ (I had to run to the train station to go to the center for a job interview), and then I couldn't recall them anymore.
LOL, today I helped a woman to give birth a baby (in dream-life).
Anyway, recall is back! (not great recall, but It's better than nothing).

I went to bed at 0:30, after drinking a big glass of Pepsi (and a glass of water to neutralize that flavour left by the pepsi after a while). Stayed like half hour with the TV on, but without paying attention (I was listening to the last Therion album, again). Then, I turned the TV and the mp3 player off. Used Chest Technique, 10 minutes of that beach meditation and then I went to sleep focusing on the desert.
I woke up at 6:00. After recalling a dream and writing down it on my DJ, I went to the batroom. THen, I drank some water and went back to bed. Again, Chest technique to seal some random thoughts and I surrendered to the sleep focused on the desert.
I finally woke up at some hour and wrote down another dream.

Things seem to become hard on saturdays (I have to wake up at 7:30), so WBTB was not an option. I did the same that yesterday before sleeping. I woke up at 7:40 and wrote down a dream.
Dreams:
10/8 1: I am going back to my home with my mom. But, we enter to a house. A strange house, It is like a standalone Japanese empire, in the place occupied by a single house. We decided to stay there for a while (I don't remember why). A guy with a bicycle appears. He wants to know where to buy gatorade. We say to him that in the fuel station is quite cheap. He goes away riding his bicycle.
10/8 2: I am in my home. But all is like in the movie "Gladiator". Men fighting with fake weapons. I don't know why, but I take all the fake weapons (in a second, with telekinesis) and throw them to somewhere (then, all the weapons disappeared). My dad appears. Ovbiously, He wants to see me doing something helpful. But I don't wanna do anything today, so I run far. I was sneakung through the house for a while t oavoid him, but He appears in front of me. I woke up.
10/9: i am with my mom watching the brainwashing machine. We were watching this, but instead of discovering who is the guest, the goal was to discover the guest's job. The guest was a pale guy. Misterious. After a few questions, I got the answer. The guy works in a funeral house!
Dammit, my lucidity is lower than Gary Coleman's tallness.
10/10 and 10/11
I failed at WBTB, the first day my cellphone didn't ring (and I didn't wake up naturally), and the second day I fell asleep when recalling dreams. No dreams recalled.
Dammit! I fell asleep before getting up.

Same routine as the other days.
THe only thing I recalled is fragments about playing a soccer match with friends.

Zero recall.

Same routine, fell asleep when recalling. But then... I woke up at 10:30 and recalled a dream.
I am with Franco (my 10 years old brother) im my room. We hear the ring. It's the delivery guy, with a pizza. We take the pizza, but instead of eating it with the family, We slipped away to outside and ate it only my brother and me.
And, fragments of House MD wandering in my mind.
10/16, 17 and 18
No recall (and crappy WBTB). Trying to back to the habit.

I woke up at 6:00 (by alarm), but fell asleep like I told the other day in the chat. I woke up at 7:30 and recalled a dream:
Somebody told me that Therion is in Argentina, and They will be somewhere (insert filler here), for meet and greet and all these things. Great! I decide to go, so I start looking for my Therion CDs. "So, Christofer Johnsson will sign my Lemuria... Wait! I have no Therion CD, and the band was a week ago here... of course, this is a dream". I wanna meet the band, so I decide to go anyway. When I'm arriving to the place, the sunlight starts bothering me so I decide to wake up.

I started to WBTB without alarm. I fell asleep at around 1:30 and woke up at 9:30. I recall a few fragments: a TV spot, me in the cinema, me in the bathroom...

Same routine. I woke up at some point of the night and fell asleep when recalling. Then, I woke up in the morning and recalled a fragment.
I am buying meat. The butcher tries to sell me te oldest steaks, so I asked him if He could cut fresh ones. Then I see a woman with problems to decide what to buy. I told her that those hamburgers over there are delicious and cheap.

Zero recall and I slept all night long.

I slept all night long. I could only recall pr0n fragments.
I started to WBTB without alarm. It wasn't very good, bui I'll keep trying.
It's not working. I can't wake up without the alarm, my recall is going down and my focus is on other things at this time. I'll start from scratch with alarm, visualization and meditation.
My recall is going up, each day I can recall more detailed fragments (not an entire dream, but close).
