JANUARY 19th 2011, Entry-1Dream Journal Entry: None, due to MIND meditation!
Before Sleep:
I DIDN'T watch tv at all, i go to bed at 10:00, so i didn't watch tv for a whole hour. Instead I meditated twice, the first time I did a body scan, which i recommend for anyone who may have trouble falling asleep, :meditate: Then, i did a mind mediation, which i DO NOT recommend if you do mantras and try to visualize at night. I felt completely relaxed with the first meditation, which was my goal. The mind meditation had worked, but it kept my mind so clear I couldn't even do mantras or visualize without the them "fading away." Sadly, I couldn't remember my dream. Before going to bed, i felt a little excited for the next class we're going to have on Monday, i felt positive and very confident that I'd have a lucid dream someday. Inside, i knew that i wouldn't have one tonight, and after last night's class, I'll never get discouraged because I didn't have a lucid dream. I thank Professor PercyLucid for that! "The more dreams you have, the M-O-R-E LUCID DREAMS YOU'LL HAVE!" :)
During Sleep:
I woke up at about 6:00 A.M. which is an hour before i usually wake up. Again I had closed the windows because it was cold D:< :bedtime:
I didn't remember my dream because of the mind meditation, so i guess the meditation had cleared EVERYTHING even my dream. So there isn't going to be a journal entry for today!
Waking:
I woke up refreshed and ready to go! I did a RC in case I had a false awakening, which you can never be sure to have! I didn't wake up mad that didn't have a lucid dream, or mad because i couldn't remember my dream, in fact I woke up POSITIVE :D
While i was getting ready for school, a thought of fire or flames went in my head, it seemed so familiar that I think it was what I had dream about.
Feelings:
- Excited
- Positive
- Confident
Good luck to all my classmates, and please...respect the professors, they didn't need to go over and extra 2 HOURS!!

JANUARY 20th 2011, ENTRY-2
Before Sleep:
As always, I did a body scan meditation, from head to toe. I then began doing a mantra, saying, "I will remember my dream," and, "I will do RCs in my dream." I then visualized what i was going to dream. I wanted to dream about meditating at school in front of my friends. But sadly, my dream recall was horrible last night so I don't know if I was successful or not! :? So, i visualized, then fell alseep.
During Sleep:
For some reason I keep waking up a six o'clock every morning. I fell back a sleep and visualized again. Sadly.....no dream recall.
Waking:
I woke up and did an RC as always. I changed my reality check to putting my finger through my other hand and plugging my nose to see if I can still breathe. I'm doing better at reality checks and they're becoming a habit now. I can't wait to do one in a dream! Here are some goals I have for my dreams:
Goals
- Make My Own Dream World
- Make/Find My Dream Character
- Ride a Motorcycle
- Become the Leader of My Dream World
Feelings:
- Relaxed
- Patient
Full body relaxation is awesome. Takes its time, but does wonders. Great job on that!!
I do the hand check only. It works great for me and it is the only one I do in dreams. If I feel very good, like "night is awesome, weather is beautiful, I feel very relaxed" I try to jump and fly (if I am alone) I can fly with just a small effort, so it is a good RC as I cannot while awake (obviously LOL)
Focus only on: # Ride a Motorcycle
The other ones are too hard for now. I will talk about setting proper goals on 3rd class.
Thanks! I will :3
January 22, 2011, ENTRY-3
Before Sleep:
I had to go to school to film something for a class, I got home by 8:30 and I was tired. I went on the computer and then onto dreamviews. I didn't meditate because I didn't really want to. I did a few mantras and visualized for a bit, then fell asleep!
During Sleep:
See my dream journal. I can't put a link because I have to wait a week in order to put links in posts.
Waking:
I did my RCs. That's its. Not that much on weekends.
Feelings:
- Tired
- Patient
 :cookiemonster: :flyaway: :muffin: :aphiusiscrazy: :cactus: :armflap: :awesomed:
Forcing meditation is not good, nice job focusing on LDing :)
Thanks!
JANUARY 24th, 2011, ENTRY-5
Before Sleep:
I was extremely exhausted, we had a yardsale on Sunday and I didn't feel like meditating again. Don't get me wrong, I like it, and it works, i just didn't feel like preparing for it. I keep forgetting to do RCs which is extremely bad. I can't really get the hang of making it a habit. In school, its hard because I have to get to work, and concentrate on the lessons. At home, I have homework and very little time to myself. Which means, I forget to do RCs in the middle of all this hassle. Anyways, I did some mantras and I thought, again, of being at school, which was pretty much successful, but not EXACTLY what i wanted.

Waking:
I did a few RCs. At first I didn't remember my dream. But, I closed my eyes and some of it came to me(But not all of it.) I said in my head,"Did we have any homework for (history teacher name here)? Then BAM!! The whole dream came to me!
Feelings:
- Exaustion
- Patience
January 25, 2011, ENTRY-6
Before Sleep:
I didn't meditate, as I didn't feel like it again. LOL. Well, who DOESN'T feel lazy on Mondays.. RIGHT? XD :ohyahbaby: I incubated, a lot! I imagined No Doubt, LIVE, Gwen Stefani on stage, in white pants and a cow pattern shirt! I heard their songs; Hey Baby, Hella Good, Running, Rock Steady. I heard the crowd screaming their lungs off! I even smelled hot dogs.. which made me hungry >:3 For some reason Ke$ha's We R Who We R was in the background, and I was all like "WTF?" The Treasure Chest technique helped SO much! My mind was absolutely quiet for incubation! Although, I was unsuccessful, I'll try again tonight! Because I now know that it won't take a day to dream the concert! It takes longer, because I dream of school, when i visualized school for 2-3 days! IM SO EXCITED!!! I can't wait for tonight! Another reason why I didn't become successful, was because I watched TV until I had to go to bed. Which i know is BAD! But I NEED to watch Chelsea Lately after stupid homework D:
Goals:
- Just to become lucid
- Dream about the concert (for assignment)
During Sleep:
Caught in the Act - Dream Journals - Dreamviews Lucid Dreaming Community & Resource this dream is awkward. Viewer discretion is advised! :lolxtreme:
Waking:
I did a reality check, which is just putting my finger though my other hand. My trigger now, is blue or yellow cars, on my way home to and from school. And did about 10 today, and I was MEGA aware today. So hopefully my dream recall will be good today/tomorrow and will also help me to realize im dreaming! :aphiusiscrazy: :muffin: :dancingcow: :awesomed: :lock:
Feelings:
- Tired
- Calm
- Relaxed
- Anxious
Assignments:
- Dream You're In a Concert, Jump or Fly, Become Lucid
Good luck man, hopefully you will experience your first lucid soon!
I am glad the chest technique worked so fast to you. If taken seriously, it does big wonders! You are forcing your subconscious to shut up your mind, even though consciously does not feel that way!
Awesome job incubating a lot as well You shall be rewarded soon with the LD!
Thanks Percy! Thanks JP! That really means a lot to me.. by the way percy. take a look at my dream journal entry for today. let me now what you think ;D
January 26th, 2011, Entry-7
Before Sleep:
I felt pretty relaxed last night. Sometimes when I work hard in P.E. I feel relaxed, and comfortable at night, so I didn't need the body scan! Instead, I did the Treasure Chest Technique which I love SO MUCH! It works so well, I'm going to do it every night. After doing the chest technique, and making the chest explode with all my thoughts inside (hehehe >:3) did a few mantras,"I will lucid dream tonight or very soon," then incubated,"Seeing No Doubt, hearing their music, listening to the crowd, then imagining becoming lucid, (which I'm having trouble with) and then flying on stage." After doing this about 10 times, I fell asleep! :sleepmeditate2:
During Sleep:
I woke up at 6:30 and fell asleep six minutes later! Super-Pterodactyl and the Forest - Dream Journals - Dreamviews Lucid Dreaming Community & Resource
Waking:
I did a reality check to train myself if I ever have a false awakening. I was frustrated because I didn't remember my dream at first. But when I was getting ready for school, my hair look too familiar. And I said to myself,"I need to comb my hair." And BAM! I remembered my dream. For some reason, if I don't remember my dream when I wake up, there is alwasy a trigger that makes me remember it, which is awesome! :D I forgot to do reality checks on my way to school, but did them in P.E. and on the way home. So I did about 10-12 RCs today!
Feelings:
- Comforable
- Confident
- Excited
- Patient
Making the chest explode is funny, never tried. Other student visualized a golden chest. I will try tonight a golden chest and make it explode. It will be fun and different for my daily wooden chest that just vanishes :)
Nice job! You will make it soon!
@PercyLucid lol yes its funny xD and makes me giggle a bit but then i get serious and incubate :3
FEBRUARY 1st, 2011, ENTRY-8
Before Sleep:
At about 8:15 P.M. I meditated the way Percy had told us to, I imagined breathing in green clouds through my nose, and with every breath of green cloud I became more relaxed. And when I exhaled, all my bad thoughts and stress and pain, vanished along with the cloud! But last night I meditated in front of my pet parakeet (Jude), who makes me laugh and relaxed. So he'll be a big help in my meditation sessions!
During Sleep:
HORROR MOVIE!!! http://www.dreamviews.com/f132/nodan...ok-1-a-109524/
Waking:
I keep forgetting to do RCs in the morning... Which sucks. But I'm glad to announce, that every time I see a yellow car, I automatically do an RC. It then makes me in "RC MODE" whenever I am outside. (Yellow cars are rare where I live) :3
Feelings:
- Relaxed (Thank You Meditation)
- Confident
- Patient
- Lol-ful
Awesome meditating, good job.
My cat spotted me Astral Projecting and now, every time I meditate the cat sits in front of me and stares. When I reach trance and I feel vibrations, my cat goes, "Meaowwwwwww, Meaooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwww" and some times jumps on me interrupting my APing!!!
How about your WBTB?
How DO U astral project? o:
I'd like to do an Astral Projection...the best time is at night when i'm going to sleep :P
I fuck sheeeep
