My workbook. Not much to it. I will post my DJ entries in here as well as my DJ on DV.
Also, please don't delete this if I reach a certain inactivity point. I am only on DV every other week.

You need sure to keep me posted so you will take max profit from the class!
I will post when I am online. Don't worry. I also read the chat log (which took me forever to read ). I'm going to try to attend the next class, but I'm not sure if I will be there.
OK, I was too tired last night to try the MILD method. I couldn't concentrate on the concert/lucid dream goals. I tried in the middle of the night and right before bed to MILD, but it didn't work. However, I did use the treasure chest method, and it worked wonders. Doesn't help with songs stuck in your head, though. :|
I was on DV before I went to bed.
You can see my latest entry, God-Powers?, by going to my DJ.
I tried to visualize myself in the concert dream several times throughout the day, though not as intensely or as often as I could have done. At least I'm making progress.
I did have a lucid last night from the MILD method, though. I was watching television before bed. :bang:

Absolutely no recall last night. No emotions. No feelings that something happened. No dream plots in my head. Nothing. I was still visualizing the concert yesterday. I read before bed.
Also, do you have any tips to keep the concert scene in my mind? I have a hard time remembering to incubate the dream throughout the day, probably due to the fact that I am still in school and a lot goes on there.
Use moments of loneliness to focus, a shower, waking your dog (if you have one), etc.
How about your wbtb and meditation?
That's right. I forgot to report my WBTB efforts. I don't meditate.
The last two nights I attempted WBTB in the middle of the night. On the first night, I woke up and went to the restroom. I tried to remember any dreams, but I could only remember blurry fragments. After a bit I gave up and went back to bed. I visualized my dream for 5 or 10 minutes, then I try to go back to sleep. I don't become lucid in any dreams that I can remember.
Last night, I woke up and tried to remember my dreams in bed. I had absolutely no recall, so I went on ahead with the incubation. I did that for a few minutes, but my mind quickly went wild. I was thinking lots of random thoughts without realizing it, but I caught myself after about 15 minutes. I go back to the visualization and mantra, and I fall back asleep. I still didn't become lucid, but it helped me a remember a dream that you can find in my DJ.
I had watched TV before going to bed last night. Not very much incubation was possible since I am usually doing something. I do think MILD and my efforts will pay off after a while and with practice, though. :)
I recalled one dream last night. It's not in my DJ. I did some incubation, though for some reason I'm having a harder time visualizing it. I woke up once at around 2:00. Not sure. Anyway, I think I went back to bed after writing in my DJ. I need to start remembering to visualize and think the mantra more often when I'm awake. :bang:
I will start posting in my workbook again in one week, since I'm about to enter my week of inactivity. I will report my progress after the week.
Looking forward for the end of the week to see how this is going.
I am back on DV!
I was sick for a good slice of the week, so that kept me from incubating and thinking my mantra. I did, however, experience an increase in my frequency of lucid dreams. I have started incubating and thinking the mantra again a few days ago.
No lucid dreams so far. Some incubation and thinking about becoming lucid in dreams, but no concert visualization. That is starting to take effort to do and remember. I haven't been waking up too much in the middle of the night, so I am having a hard time performing WBTBs. I still have some recall. You can see last night's entry (computer before bed) in my DJ. Basically, I feel I am having some success.
