Ok very good. Might I ask why you have your lucid dream count as 2.5? You either know you are dreaming or you don't. If you think you may have become lucid I wouldn't count that. Usually you will know 100% that you were lucid.Quote:

Dream:
I was in the back of a bus with five of my classmates. One of our teachers was standing in the front of the bus trying to give a lecture about the dutch language. Me and my friends just ignored him and had an conversation about what we would eat for lunch today. Of course our teacher did not like this and with an angry voice he asked us to be quiet and pay some attention. We look at each other and started laughing. Then one of my friend stood up and told my teacher that he should shut the fuck up.
The teachers face turn red and he stopped the bus. There was an awkward silence for a moment. After that the teacher said we should leave the bus. He told me to go first and shortly after me 2 of my other friends joined me. Before we knew it the bus left us in a forest.
Standing at on a concrete block in the middle of a forest I decided to wait for the next bus. My friend did not like that idea and went exploring. After standing there of a while I saw a bus coming. I waited for it to stop but just before the bus stop it took a left turn and I never saw it again. I didn't understand where the bus was going because it was a straight road. At that point one of my friends came back from the woods and told me they found a few houses a few meters behind us. I turned around and saw a small town behind the bus stop. At this point is was thinking this could all be worse if it would be raining. And of course it started rain at that point. One of my friends looked very annoyed and asked me never to do that again.

Notes: I've had a few internships in the last couple of years and 3 of them where in this dream.
The first was located next to a church. (the church in my dream).
The second was at an elementary school (Its where I'm going in the dream).
And the man how is showing me around is a colleague from my most recent internship (lets call him bob).
Dream:
Bob was asking me to come with him. We walked to a church and walked to the back of the building. He told me we where going to visit the school I worked on. We entered through a small door on the back of the church. We walked through a hallway to a classroom. Inside there where a few children with down's syndrome sitting in a circle. When we entered the room and they acted like we where not there.
Bob walked to a small cabinet and opened it. He showed me a device they used there it looked like a thumbscrew compass only it was thicker. We walked back to the hallway and the dream ended.

I was at home preparing for a party when my dad asked me to help him in the garden. When I went outside there was a big wooden barrel with boiling water in the middle of the garden. I asked him what he needed help with and he said I should throw beer into the barrel. So I grabbed a few bottles and threw them in. and that point one of my friends stuck his head out of a window and asked me if I could give him a few beers too. I looked around and noticed I only have 3 bottles left so I told him to take the last 3 and that I would get some more for the party this evening. So I went to my sisters car and started driving. After a few turns I woke up. (6:30)

As for your .5 dream. Don't sell yourself short. It was a lucid dream and should be fully counted as one.
At the end of this week I will post the next lesson, DILD. I am sure you will be having more lucid dreams soon.
Then 3 it is.
I've remembered 3 more dreams yesterday and 2 dreams today. I will post them when I get home.
I find it very hard to remember conversations I usually know the subject but nothing specific. Got any tip's on that?

As far as remembering conversations. I have trouble remembering them as well. Words and text seem to slip our minds when we wake up. If you write as much about each conversation you have as possible your recall should improve.
Some times simply focusing on aspects of the dream helps improve your recollection of them.
Had a lucid dream last night. I was washing my hands and saw that I had 6 fingers. Everything was really blurry so I tried to rub my hands but that didn't work and I got in a FA. Later in the dream I see my hands again and get lucid again. This time it was more vivid but creepy so I tried to teleport with the spinning technique. It worked but after a few seconds It started to get blurry again and i woke up.
It was short but awesome.
Triggers:
Walking through doorways. (easy to make a habit of)
The colour yellow. (I notice it a lot in my dreams )
RC's:
Counting my fingers. (I can do it in public)
Pinching my nose. (feels safe)
Haven't posted in a while but DILD is going great. I've had about 5 in the last 3 weeks.
Stabilizing is still a problem but I will keep working on that.
