To me mediation is finding a sense of calm and clarity. Being able to relax in even the most stressful of times. And to be able to clear my mind of all thoughts.

Meditation is great because it helps to relax the body and the mind even when you're stressed, like you said. It also improves focus and concentration, and gives you a certain clarity in your thoughts.
