Mathias's Workbook
Hey Shockwave, look forward to your lessons :D Meditation to me is a means of relieving stress and entering a state of peace and calmness. I also think that we can use it for affirmations and using the LOA by programming our subconscious minds during this clear and undisturbed mind state.
I hope to gain a stronger sense of self and well being with meditation. I will also use it for success with lucid dreaming.

Meditation does help you relieve stress in your life, and it relaxes the body and the mind, giving you a more peaceful state of mind. We can also perform mantras while in deep meditation and they will stick in our minds much more easily. I hope that my class can provide you with knowledge of meditation, and that you start getting results after starting meditation.
