Every type of meditation has some kind of effect. Some can help with implanting mantra's, others raise awareness, others help you relax, etc. So my question is: what does the void meditation help with (except for relaxing)? Or is relaxing the only purpose (not saying there would be sometjing wrong with that ;) )?
