Im not exaactly sure what im supposed to type in here..
Oh right, homework, I'll write down Lesson 1's homework tomorrow morning, hopefully i can remember tonights dreams..
I did start kinda late, so i'll just read through the lessons for now
Lesson 1 homework:
So the thing with me is, I usually remember a dream every night, but I either remember Alot about it, or very very little. I have started a dream journal, so heres a dream i wrote down 2 nights ago, non-lucid, unfortunately
Me and a group of friends are at somewhere, i think its a school. There are about seven of us, we're in what looks like a bathroom, weird since we're made up of boys and girls(all friends in real life). The bathroom looks like a fat hallway, its pretty big left to right, and you cant see the end of it, which is in darkness. There is no lighting in the bathroom, the only light came from an open door, which lead outdoors, it was a sunny day. We're all arguing about something, and i forgot why but we had gotten into trouble over something. We all decided to switch backpacks, I remember i got my friend's, her bag was white. We then proceeded to exit the bathroom. Its sunny, now im sure we're at a school. The area looks just like my high school, although all the buildings and areas are rearranged. We head to a field of grass, which leads to a steep, but climb-able hill(real area at my school). We head towards the hill, there are now more of us at this point, they are all my classmates in real life. I no longer see the people who were originally with me in the bathroom in the beginning of the dream anymore. We start climbing the hill, some of the guys race each other up the hill, and the girls just take their time. Im trying to run up, but its pretty steep, i slip once but no one seems to notice. I keep climbing.
Around here it gets blurry and i actually enter a whole different dream, i had 3 seperate dreams that night, i did write them all down, but i couldnt remember too much about the first one. The third dream was a little shorter than this dream.
Theyre not really exciting or anything though =|
Lesson 2 homework
I have three main RCs that i use, which are counting my fingers, trying to poke a finger through my palm, and trying to breath through a pinched nose. I usually try to RC everytime i walk through a dooryway, but hmmm for my second trigger i'll try to RC everytime i see a blue car
I doubt i'll be able to do Lesson 2's extra credit though lol, but we'll see
OHHH YEAH Finished all my homework
No lucid dreams, actually last night didnt go too good.. I had a dream, i could only remember the last half of it though, which i did write down. I woke up from this dream at 5am. I decided "Hey, lets try WBTB!" So i stayed up for about half an hour, i dont actually know too much about WBTB, i think your supposed to just keep your mind on lucid dreaming right? So during this time i take out my iPod and just browse through DV. So after about 30 minutes i try and go to sleep. Its about 5:30 and the sun's already starting to make my room brighter.. Its physically impossible for me to sleep when its too bright. But the sun isnt that bright yet so, i try to get to sleep, note i am also trying to MILD at this point(which i dont usually do), repeating a mantra in my head: "I will recognize the next dream I see."
Its probably 6am now. I am still awake. The room starts getting even more brighter.. And, a bird decides to start chirping as loud as it can right outside my window. Well luckily the chirping does stop, but now its even brighter, I am getting really really stressed out i cant sleep. And eventually i give up... Horrible WBTB.
I think what happened was i was thinking about getting to sleep way too actively.. This has actually been a problem for me for a while now, though it doesnt usually get too bad. Well at least i got One dream written down. Better luck next night hopefully.
