IMPORTANT: Meditation Class Closure

Now that all the lessons have been posted and it's been a few days since the Question & Answer session, the class is officially finished. Well done to those of you that stuck with it from the beginning, those of you that made an attempt - even if you didn't stay in the class to the end - and also to those of you that came in mid-class and made your best effort to get into it.

The meditation sub-forum will be closing on July 5th (4 days from now), so if you have an interest in keeping entries in your workbook, or saving the lessons to read at a later date, I would suggest you do this as soon as possible. The sub-forum will become hidden while preparations take place for the next meditation class. This will include wiping the forum clean and archiving all workbooks from the previous class.

The class will reopen at some point between the end of July and the middle of August, and you are welcome to take the class again if you so wish. Thanks to everyone who supported this class :).

Thank you ShockWave for your efforts and the encouraging words. I really had a great time learning to meditate and this class was extremely helpful. Even without this class I'll keep practicing!

Glad there's going to be another class! I've been practicing loads now that I'm on holiday and it feels fantastic! Thanks again for taking your time to write such good classes and help with all my questions :P I'll make sure I keep practicing till next semester, I look forward to it :D
