      Good Horror Games for PS2?

Anyone know any horror games for PS2 that will scare the shit out of me? I already know Fatal Frame, Silent Hill, and Haunting Ground, Anyone know any others like these that are good and enjoyable? With a good story? Thanks. And yea I like old games.

It doesn't get any better than Silent Hill. Have you played through all of them?

Resident Evil is a good horror series...

      Game Title: Siren
      Genre: Survival Horror
      Platform: PlayStation 2
      ESRB Rating: Mature
      Developer: Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc.
      Publisher: Sony Computer Entertainment
      Score:
      Release Date: 04/20/2004 (United States)
      Review author:Jordahn

(On the back of the box...)

0:00. Midnight. A siren calls, and a see of red water mysteriously surrounds the mountain village Hanuda. Slowly, a terrible force transforms the inhabitants into shibito, undead husks of their old selves, fueled by evil and hate.

Play as one of ten characters caught in the nightmare. You have three days to learn how their paths intersect as they try to stay alive. Survival depends on your ability to "sightjack" or the power to see though the eyes of friends and foes. There is no one hero. There is little hope.

Will you resist the call of the Siren?

      Also the Clock Tower series.

      Resident Evil: Code Veronica X

Man, its like, everywhere I walk, I get spooked! And the simulated heartbeat when you open up the doors, its just scary to see whats behind the door! You don't know whats behind there! This game is filled with a whole bunch of surprises.

Agreed on Silent Hill, specially 2. It's one of the scariest experiences that you can put yourself into, you can't beat the mood, music, story and characters. They're very related to dreams and the subconscious as well.

Fatal Frame can also be very creepy, but doesn't have all the symbolism and weirdness from Silent Hill.

I don't think Resident Evil scares me much anymore, specially the last ones. It's more about jumps and action rather than mood and suspense.

      Fatal Frame I and II
Great games and also very scary.

I also heard about a game that looks pretty good. It came up
on the Lucid development forum, I forget who brought it up.
It's called Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

Amnesia is very scary, but I think it's for PC only.

Skarr, I own The Thing on ps2 but didn't really get into it. The controls were kind of wack if I remember correctly.
