I would get it, as it seems so incredibly awesome to annihalate people from the 50's, yet my ps2 is shot. Fuck the warranty label ill probably open it and try to blow out all the dust just as soon as i get a new can of air which reminds me those things are so fun to turn upside down and superfreeze everything in sight woah lost track here...
i dont have an xbox im poor
I've rented, and it's mostly pure fun. They definately get you laughing with all the communist/McCarthy references, and when you read minds there's a lot of suggestion to more modern things (ie, The Village People reference :D ).
It did get a bit boring after awhile, I'm afraid, so I can't say if you're going to want to buy it. It's like miniature version of Grand Theft Auto, except a whole different experience.
--Also, I wouldn't think about buying an Xbox this late anyway. Hold your savings until the 360 arrives.
yeah thats what i was gonna do. at first i was saving up for a laptop but then i was like what do i need that for my ass is glued to my home computer chair so im just gonna get a 360. It can also hook up via vga so thats gonna rock. Im a mod freak thats why i choose 360>ps3*/revo*Quote:

they\'re still probably great systems but the 360 draws me in
Off-topic, but I think Microsoft's really going to get Sony by the balls this generation. The systems are looking more equal every week graphics and performance wise, the 360 taking lead in many areas. While Sony is going the approach of glitter and sparkle, Microsoft showing what it can do for developers and how accessible the system will be, without sacrificing power.
I don't want a system that "might" be able to do what be said, I want the facts. The 360 seems more tangible, and those 6 threads of proccessing power already give it a boost over that single, over-hyped cell processor.
It's clumsy brute force Vs. Efficient Performace. Technique over Show. And Sony's Online is still quite laughable--I mean, I'd rather pay a single fee a year to stay organized, connected, and secure, than 20 different user names and 20 different passwords. Whether they're fixing this or not...it doesn't really matter. Microsoft took a leap of faith by laying the foundation this generation, and everything's beggining to bloom and take shape.

Uhh...yeah. Destroy All Humans...... :)
Yeah i think the same too... sony's all right but the only thing holding it together is the almost-promise that future final fantasys are going to be for the playstation and playstation alone... xbox 360 seems to be straying from the fact that these are gaming consoles, but thats not too bad since it will appeal to more people. As for the nintendo revolution, i believe they're doing everything that they can, yet they are still in a spiral. And spirals my friend do not go up. A samus-luvr<3 said "ill miss metroid prime 3 if i dont get the revolution"... well what about the next console? if they try too hard on reverse compatibility then it'll just set the standards higher for the next console they create. And plus the ability to play games that they already have just tightens the grip with nintendo's current fan base, not very effective unless they want a linear spiral. Which is mathematically impossible... If you ask me i almost think nintendo's trying to top the ps2... yet only a little late.
Im with Billy Gates on this one.
