Lightbulb Artistic Works That Make You Uncomfortable

I'm starting this thread to hear about any works of art that made you feel uncomfortable. Movies, paintings, music...whatever. I think that feelings of discomfort point to lessons that we need to learn about ourselves. I want to hear what others have seen so I can experience it for myself.

I will start with the following:

Requiem for a Dream: (I tried cocaine once and, because I saw this before, it is probably the main reason I didn't fall into an addiction cycle...cocaine has a very strong pull if you've been doing it all night long)

Into the Void: (I still don't know exactly why this makes me uncomfortable...perhaps it is the fear of mortality)

I've only listed movies; but music, drawings, paintings, and any other form of expression is welcome here.

When I was about 7 or 8 years old I saw a friends copy of Creepy magazine and it had Santa filling stockings with dismembered body parts on the cover . . . I found it quite disturbing and it bothered me for a long time. And now I'm really just a big pussy when it comes to scary slasher type movies and such. Santa's still awesome though :-)

I saw Evan Penny's work at a gallery once. I had to to take a break because it was so overwhelming it gave me this gut visceral reaction, I can't describe. There was this one piece that had the backs of men, from the shoulder blades up lined up in a row. It was so fascinating but repulsive at the same time. I think the fact that it had such an impact on me was because I saw it in person as opposed to a picture or it. He makes sculptures by the way sorry I am not very good at describing the works.

      Hope you enjoy!

      * I don't know why the two links are not working but if you go to the website called Short of the Week under animations category you will find the videos. my apologies I don't don't why they won't work.
