I'm a pretty big Elder Scrolls fan and I think ESO looks like the most boring and bland thing I've seen in a long time. It's going to crash and burn and the only chance of success it has is going free to play, at which point it'll be a neat Elder Scrolls Map Simulator. The gameplay looks boring, the visuals look boring, the story tries to make you feel like the savior of the world but that completely contradicts the point of the game being an MMO. It won't work, we've known a lot of problems the game has for a long time, and at this point it's simply too close to release for any of it to be fixed up. Embrace the puns, TESOtanic and atlanTES because it's gonna happen.

Now that the non disclosure pact is down, I can finally share with you some pictures and impressions.
Overall, the game is alright. It's quite immersing. The plot is interesting, the soundtrack is nice (also, the NPC's are voiced), the graphics are really good and, generally, I enjoyed the gameplay.
What I didn't like was, as said above, that the visuals, the environment gets boring and even confusing at some points. With these good graphics it's a shame that they didn't include some beautiful landscapes or something pleasing to the eye. After a while, it gets kinda tiring.
I liked the single player games (Oblivion and Skyrim, especially), and joined the beta testing hoping that I can, again, enjoy a good game. I'm not disappointed by it, but I'm not hooked on it either.
I'll post some pictures later to let you guys see some stuff. c:
By the way, if you have any particular questions about the gaming experience, I'll try to answer them the best I can.

I agree with Shor.
I really love TES games. But there's something in this game that doesn't captivate me... Don't get me wrong, the game is great! Great graphics, great plot, excellent pvp, but there's something that doesn't hook me, unlike previous TES games... The graphics are great, but to me, the game feels a bit like "paper", it's hard to describe. In previous games, the world, characters and objects looked really "solid", but here they seem kinda "light" and "meh" (but with good graphics).
Basically, it is a great MMO, but lacks a bit of the TES body.
As Shor, I'll also try to answer to your questions!
Played for 5 minutes, then uninstalled it. It just doesn't captivate me the way the original Elder Scrolls series does, or maybe it's just that I have high standards regarding mmo due to having played WoW in the past.
By the way, got 1 key left for anyone that wants it, so if you're interested just send me a pm with your e-mail ;)
It didn't hook me either. But, in all fairness, that was likely due to having a crappy PC with intolerable FPS. I didn't get past level 5 or so.
Yeah, it's a game with relatively high requirements.
I don't run it on max settings either, as you can see from the pics. c:
I've been running it on low settings but I have to switch to minimum during PvP.
Graphics are still amazing on low though in my opinion. However it is definitely not the next "Skyrim" its a completely different type of game. For those hoping for "Skyrim with Friends" will be disappointed.
Yes. Despite the incredibly high expectations I have for the game that will inevitably be dashed upon the rocks upon actually playing the game, I will nevertheless buy and play it for the sake of being in an online version of Tamriel. I am excited.
