I like albums that have unified themes and when the unified theme or vibe it paints happens to be related to dream exploration, lucidity, astral projection I think it's SUPER cool. Here is my top 5 list of albums ( in no particular order)

1. Flying Lotus - Until the Quiet Comes
Flying lotus is an producer/instrumentalist with influence from hiphop beats and jazz. This album has a dream exploration written all over it. Expansive textures, rich harmonies spacey vocals, and under spoken melodies. There is even a track called DMT on the album!

2. Tame Impala - Innerspeaker
Some nice retro-future psychedelic rock. Album has dreamy vibe all over it from the large amounts of reverb to the spaced out vocals and thought provoking lyricism. The track I am linking has a song title called "Lucidity".

3. Waking Life OST - The Tosca Tango Orchestra
For those who have seen Waking Life then this speaks for itself. Those who haven't waking life is a documentary/animated film about lucid dreaming and different philosophies. And like the soundtrack I highly recommend the movie!! The music used is tango music but it fits the vibe so well.

4. Bitches Brew - Miles Davis
This album isn't specifically about dreams but the whole sound of it to me is so spacey, dreamy and has this almost exploration type sound to it that makes me think of dream exploration. Its jazz fusion and can be a difficult album to listen to if not familiar with the style, but its is wholly rewarding.

5. Kid A - Radiohead
This album to me has one of the most spacey and detached sounds of any album. It's not something that can be described but something that must be listened to and understood...

I KNOW THERE IS PROBABLY ALBUMS I"M MISSING OUT! BUT I LOVE ALL THESE AND IM SATISFIED RIGHT NOW!!
