Thread: Our Dearly Departed

Mitch was funny as hell ! " Escalators can never be broken, they just become stairs."
He was scheduled to perform at a theater near my house just before he died.
I was going to be out of the country at the time and I was pissed that I was
going to miss it. I told all my friends that they HAD to go, mainly so I could
hear about it first hand later. I even called to purchase the tickets for them.
It went something like this, " Hello, Strand Theater", " Yes ,I'd like to buy four tickets
for the Mitch Hedberg show next week." , " *pause*..um..Sorry that show won't
be taking place, Mr. Hedberg has died." , "WTF !!! "
What a shame.

I saw a couple of clips from when he was on Conan O'Brien and yes this guy was one of the funnier comedians I have seen.
