Hey Kitty, welcome to the forum! :okbyenow:
Yah, that sort of "psychic detective" has been around for many years. The police departments are actually reluctant to admit they succumb to that sort of help because of how it's rare acceptance or belief in it of the general public (not to mention using it in court cases).
If you like that sort of thing, I'd recommend watching "The Medium" - it's a tv show based on the true life of one of these psychics who has worked with a police department to solve many crimes. I think her gift was more along the lines of being able to see or talk to the victims.
Korit - there's no need to be a smart ass, specially with new members to the site. :nono:
Try to keep comments like that to people you know a bit better or are familiar with your "humor".
There's also a show coming out thats called "Psych" where this detective just pretends to be psychic.
why are you such an asshole to everyone on this forum, and why has no one done anything about it yet?Quote:

A likely reason for someone to get off on insulting people they don't know, so much, is that they were the ass-end of one too many jokes when they were younger.Quote:

Pre-empting unwarranted attacks on people (especially over the internet, where there are no threatening consequences) is usually a sign of feeling the need to be first to show superiority in any sort of interaction, quite often making up for the inability to do that in many previous situations.
The irony is that if Korittke, being the elitist that he is, knew just how pathetic it was, he'd probably stop himself from doing it. :chuckle:
Ohhh, so that's why.
Thanks for the clarification. Ha. 8)
