Thread: Romanian/moldovan Music

I would have to agree. London has some great electronic music coming stateside, though I only know OF it, not being a big fan. As far as hard rock and metal, the UK, Italy, even Hungary are homes to some great progressive music. They just have a finer appreciation for expansive music that follows music theory. I'm really proud when I listen to a lot of it. Sweden, however, will always be the musical capital in my opinion. I read an interview with a guitarist from Sweden, and he said that so many people play music well from small towns in Sweden and Norway and Iceland because they get bored and there is nothing better to do.

I’m just a sucker for well composed music. As far as electronic… Velvet Acid Christ writes some pretty technical music, though they're American.

It's hard for me to listen to Romanian music and enjoy it for what it is without laughing or not taking it seriously. I can't enjoy foreign music for that reason.
