X06 yeilded many gaming goodies for us. One of which was the announcement of a Halo RTS, entitled Halo Wars, being developed by Ensemble studios.
I myself can not begin to explain this game in its glory

I watched the Live stream on Xbox.com whilst Private Chatting with a friend over Xbox Live, We both went crazy and just kept shouting "Halo Wars!" to eachother for a few hours
Seriously though, I'm really excited about this. I'm hoping it'll be like Star Wars Empire at War where it's all combat based, no base building and resource gathering but I'm not holding my breath seeing as it's made by Ensemble

Uggh... I love Halo and as much as I loved the Xbox I hate the 360, it's just nothing new....

It's also the reason project Halogen was cancelled because Microsoft contacted the dev team and told them to stop development of Halogen... 3 years after they started making it. It was going to be released in the coming month too and it looked great and most important of all it was for THE PC.
