I've been seeing excerpts from this Borat project on tv here and there and I've yet to see what the attraction is to him.....I don't see any real talent.....Neat character though.

The movie came to the cinemas over here today .. I just saw some excerpts on TV .. that guy is sick .. it couldn't be more offensive what the shit he talks about .. here and there it's pretty funny though

I think people should appreciate him for his wit... he did gain a masters in history at Cambridge you know. People who take comedian's jokes very seriously really need to get some perspective.

I saw the movie yesterday ... it's reeeeeaaal good if you ask me.

I laughed so hard at that movie I had tears coming out of my eyes throughout it. There literally was water around my eyes the entire movie. Those were some of the best laughs I have had in years. The funniest thing in the movie was the rodeo scene. That was the funniest thing I have ever seen in a movie that was not made by Monty Python.

By the way, that was one of my local news teams he was screwing with. It was WAPT in Jackson, Mississippi. You can see the name of "thejacksonchannel.com" on the screen during it. That was another hilarious scene. A lot of people around here remember when that happened on the local news. He caused some other big scenes around here, but they didn't make the movie. One of the things he did was go to the most expensive, snobbiest restaurant in Jackson and make a total ass out of himself. I would love to see footage of that.

I just saw it tonite! it was hilarious! I saw a clip on ebaumsworld.com that was a video they didn't show in the movie. Its called "Borat goes wine tasting" its fucking hilarious. He gets completely drunk. They spend about 5 minutes trying to show him how to correctly hold a wine glass. Then he talks about his sister and he pulls out some pics, and the first 2 are just normal pics, then the next on is pic of her giving him a handjob, and they are both looking at the camera with a huge smile on their faces, and the next one, she is sitting on top of him having sex, and it just barely blurrs out her private, they both have a huge grin on their face...it was so awkward for the wine testing guys, o its so hilarious.

The movie was great, but you could tell some parts of the movie are scripted. Oh, well, just a movie, right?

Yeah, I must say that I wish the whole thing had been unscripted. The scripted parts were pretty lame.

I still liked the Pamela Anderson part when he's like "I'm not attracted to you anymore! ... NOT".

I love when him and his friend are wrestling and they get in a 69 position and the big guys nuts are all over his face....omg that was great.....pause......not!

Funnyest movie I have ever seen, but the naked man fight went to far (though it was still hillarious). It made it even more funny that I am jewish and speak hebrew. I'll let you in on a secret, when Borat is speaking Kazakstanish, he is actually speaking fluent hebrew. I found it pretty amuzing, especially because the subtitles didn't really line up with what he's saying, like when the subtitles say, "go prepare the wedding sack", I am pretty sure what he really said in hebrew was, "go prepare the fried egg" Anyways, it was the first time I went into a movie, and the whole audience was rolling over with laughter. Normally you think the 10 bucks for a ticket is such a rip off. Here it was like paying 10 bucks to see a comedy show, and comedy shows cost more than 10 bucks...

Hehe yeah, no one in the entire movie seems to actually speak khazakstani (?) at any point in the film! It was actually filmed in Romania (the non-american bits), where they spoke Romanian, and the other languages were mostly western slavic languages like Serbian, eg　"Tiše" when the cow sneezes xD

Im also jewish and my cousin - who i went with - could inderstand it totally

And i actually did not take any offence to any of it. The bit where they went to the Jewish couples house was HILARIOUS! THE JEWS HAVE SHAPESHIFTED! GIVE THEM MORE MONEY!
