So I went out today and rented two good movies. Which are in the tittle of this topic. I thought ETotsm was really cool they way he tried to escape his dream/memory. Although I got really confused when they met again after what they did to themselfs. And Waking life is really hard to understand Im still watching it right now. But if anyone knows of any Good Lucid movies please let me know about them.

Waking Life's pretty famous around the forum, as well as Vanilla Sky, for obvious reasons. Eternal Sunshine isn't quite as popular around here, but quite a few people have heard of it, if not watched it.

I found out about lucid dreaming from the movie Vanilla Sky. Also, the Science of Sleep, which I think is still playing in independent theatres, is supposedly about lucid dreaming. I haven't seen it however, so I'm not sure.

By the way, I loved Waking Life.

Why isnt Sunshine so popular here? I thought it was a good example of just how Lucid dreams are.

I didn't know Eternal Sunshine was about LDs. The parts I've seen of Vanilla Sky have been good. I might rent it and see the whole thing soon.

Not sure. I haven't seen it myself...actually, I haven't seen any of the aforementioned films.

waking life made me sick.

tom cruise is fucking nuts.

and eternal sunshine was the only decent movie named.

Science of Sleep isn't really about LDs....it's about a guy who can't distinguish dreams from reality.

It's really, really good though. Michel Gondry is a genius.

I've seen them both. Really good movies, I personally liked Vanilla Sky a lot, it used to be one of my favourite movies.

I've also heard about "Science of Sleep" and I'd love to see it, but it's not playing anywhere near me unfortunately...

Vanilla sky was pretty okay.
Waking Life pretty much ruled.
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind... Well, what can I say I guess it is fine, but MAN! If you are expecting a comedy, it's like 'WTF'. Then it really is disappointing. As a comedy, it sucks balls ofcourse, but as a movie it is pretty good.

The other movie, science of sleep, I really want to see.

esotsm was a good film, as was Vanilla sky.

out of the two, i preferred the first one.
