Thread: Favourite ps1 gane ever?

Can't think of any more, but I loved my old PS1. I have a PS2 sitting in my cupboard, and has been there for over a year with a tonne of games. I keep meaning to take it to the charity shop.

Well, when I first got my own PS1 I didn't really know that much about games. I mean I had Final Fantasy 7 sitting on the shelf, but not once did I play it. Instead I played Spyro 2. Just got it out and dusted it off to see if it was still fun.




It was.

When i first got my playstation i got Spyro The Dragon which was awesome, i then got Medievil after that but my favourite had to be Final Fantasy VIII, i t truly was a great game.

my favourites in order:

1) Final fantasy 7 (no contest)

2) Tekken 3

3) Final fantasy 8

FF7 definitely. Oh and I also liked Parrappa the Rapper or however you spell that!!

The grinch and the first star wars game!

I got my PS1 well after its time, specifically to play FF hehe. So definitely FF7, FF9, but NOT FF8 :p

Oh yeh and Mortal Kombat.

Parappa the Rapper

There was Circuit Breakers, Crash Team Racing, the original Ridge Racer, Micro Machines V3; but the Spyro The Dragon series was awesome! I'd get out one of them to play again too, but I'm too lazy to look through dust-covered boxes for it.

Ahh, the memories...

Final Fantasy VIII. I completed that game three times and it has really belome part of me, I have such fond memories of it, something unlike any other game I've played.

I didn't even own a PS1, but I loved Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy 7 and Final Fantasy Tactics.

I completely forgot about figting force, i loved that game. On two players it was great.

FINAL FANTASY VIII and IX were like, jesus, in a box.

and of course

Resident Evil 1 - that one really blew me away when it came out because it was so different from anything I had ever played before - I still get startled when the dogs smash through the windows in the hallway

Final Fantasy VII hands down.

The spyro games were pretty fun, but i'd have to go with the FF games as being the best. My favorite being VI.
