Thread: Humans, Undead, Orcs or Night Elves?

Night elves. I like their towns best, and I just think they are the coolest in general. Also I tend to favor the alliance, anyway.

Elves of course. They are generally cool, every type there is out there.

Orcs 'cos it's the only campaign I actually played.

Should've played it more.

Never heard of it... what consol is it for?

Ha well I was Legolas in the LOTR games but those weren't particularly spectacular.

Yeah I enjoyed them but would have been nice if they were more like FF or Zelda or something.. like some large RPG thing that just happens to have all LOTR characters. Ooooh.

I installed it again today in actual fact. Boooring . Hengband all the way.

Actually, I loved all 4 sides, played one for a few weeks, then played another for a few weeks. That was what made WC3 so awesome.

True Though in the end, I personally find Undead to be a bit more fun then the others

Orcs - loved the spiky buildings and excellent infantry

But the real aspect of Warcraft III was tower defense. Especially Wintermaul X3. I have yet to beat that in a team Why is there always a noob on grey, pink or green goddam it !

Wow, the good old days of Warcraft III. I should dig it back out sometime

Undead had no good heroes Second I'd say are Nightelves. Just get that dude with the swords and back him up with a ton of bowmen

What about that new mmo, Lord of the Rings: the shadows of angmar. U play as races from LOTR. Oh and the lord of the rings: the third age was a bit like FF.

Anyway, I liked the nightelves. It was cool how u could move their buildings.

Ooh yea I heard about that. New RPG in middle earth. Sounds good, but I can't be bothered to start (yet another) MMORPG

I wonder if you can be good and evil? I'll have to read up on it.

Yes now that you mention it I've heard of that too! It must not have looked as impressive though? ...

I like the nightelves. But also the undead. I tend to alternate, depending on what kind of mood I'm in.

Hmm here we go: Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar

Seems that you have to make your own character, not one from the film, and defeat 'the Shadow of Angmar'.

Playable races are Man, Elf, Dwarf or Hobbit.
Oh but in PvP, you can play as the baddies - Uruks, orcs, spiders wargs...

Looks pretty cool, graphics look good although not quite incredible...

It doesn't look that bad. It's not pay to play (besides buying the game), right?

Keeper I like the humans the most. They can be pretty hard to use especially in the beginning. What gives humans a great start is of course the archmage. I like the versitility I tend to go for casters. Don't forget about towers. I am not the ype of player to overuse them.
