      Perfect Dark - Nintendo 64

Does anyone think this is great or what? I loved having a look at all the unknown game stuff, like with the X-Ray Gun (whatever it's called, I forgot) looking up and seeing a keyhole randomly inside a tunnel. Or with the Slayer having a look around a few levels are seeing crates with items in which are impossible to get.

I just loved the mysteries like that, and that gun that lets you mind control people into being on your side, that also made people randomly open locked doors for you, meaning you could go back to the mission before and seeing an agent standing there like a robot. You can see one of these drones with the X-Ray gun too, but I prefered trying to make people open locked doors.

I loved the whole level challanges were you had to practice like hell. Like trying to do Chicago in three minutes, as I remember. That was to get the mind control gun I think. Stupid old me had to read of a guide, but the guide helped alot! Infact it turned me into a master, knowing the terms like Speed Strafing, I was good at combat on the game.

Also! There was killer cheats that they didn't have on GameWinners (best cheat site in the world) in which made you a perfect agent, which is basically used on Multiplayer mode, from the Perfect Agent status, the player could enter top secret cheats that allow them to do things that only the Perfect Agent can do. There was something to do with locking all your sim mates in the bathroom with a breafcase and blowing them all up with an infinate exploding glitch mind or something.

Anyway, if I kept up this for five or ten years I reckon I would of completed the game (100%).

This game had the same engine as James Bond for the Nintendo 64 but it was more futuristic. This game absolutely kicked ass, it is legendary. Go buy it if you can.

This game was easily one of my favorite multiplayer games ever. I really wish there was a game now-a-days that offers the same level of fun that that game did..

Lol Mark, I forgot what rank I was.

Grod, when I get my new computer. I'm doing that, I'll also get a USB controller for it if I can find it.

I forgot about the ranks. I can't remember mine.. for some reason "Assassin" rings a bell or something.. maybe "hunter"? I know I was somewhere from 1-5 if not 1.. anyone got a list...?

      21: Beginner 14: Star Agent 7: Killer
      20: Trainee 13: Special Agent 6: Assassin
      19: Amateur 12: Expert 5: Lethal
      18: Rookie 11: Veteran 4: Elite
      17: Novice 10: Professional 3: Invincible
      16: Trooper 9: Dangerous 2: Near Perfect
      15: Agent 8: Deadly 1: Perfect

Yeah, I am pretty sure I eventually got to perfect after years of play. God I loved that game. This thread makes me want to find my ol cartridge and fire away at some meatheads!!

Well, some sad fat guy might know. Y'know, the guy who lives in the basement.

I don't actually know who he is though.

You can get an adaptor that lets you hook your N64 controller up to your computer. I have one and I use it to play Super Smash Bros. online.
