      Fight Quest

      There's a good episode coming on in 15 minutes, on the discovery channel.

      The guys travel to Israel to train, and get some of the most insane training they've ever had, in the military style of Krav Maga. (It really shows how intense the fighters over there really are.) Doug says that even through all of the different places they've traveled and the different styles he's been introduced to, his trainer in Israel is bar-none the toughest person he's ever trained under, and it's a woman. I caught the end of the episode, last night, and this chick is freakin scary. Lol.

      Anyway. If you're into martial arts, check it out.

      Haha. When he first met his instructor, she's like "I want you to keep your guard up and be ready for anything, because at any time I could just walk up to you and...bam!" and she elbows him in the face.

      He was like He took it pretty well, though. Lol.

      Yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing a youtube or google video of that episode. You really need to give more than a 15 minute notice though. Other than the ". . ." people, nobody sits and refreshes all day long
