      either "Among the Brave" or "Coraline"

      both are really really short but still amazing books. You could probably read them in one day if you wanted to

      The Third Policeman (by Flann O'Brien). Absolutely my favourite book ever.

      A Storm of Swords by George R.R. Martin

      Yeah, fantasy. Shoot me, I don't care. I love it. There's also good fantasy, you know, no Eragon/Narnia clichematic stuff or Tolkien. There's more than that.

      @Underenigma
      Le Petite Prince is also wonderful. I had to read it in french unfortunately, and I didn't understand a word from it, but it still was a good read.

      Just about to post that. I am halfway through Storm of Swords. Probably one of the best series ever written. House Greyjoy for the win!

      Really? That book didn't do it for me. The surrealism was quite interesting in a dream-like kind of way, but I wasn't sure about the story.

      My favourite... maybe Frankenstein? That was a great book. Lord of the Rings was incredible. Unique was a good book, by *googles* Alison Allen-Gray. If I say anything about it it would ruin it, but trust me, it's a good read. Not fantasy by the way, modern fiction.
