The Bucket List?

By far, the best movie of 2007. (or 2008...whenever it came out.) One of Morgan Freeman's best works. This movie is the kind of movie that when you watch it on DVD, you literaly kick yourself for not seeing it in theaters. It had EVERYTHING. Great acting, funny parts, heartwarming scenes, moments that made you smile, cry, and everything in between. I watched it last night with 2 of my aunts, and when it was over, I went up to them and asked, "Can I have a hug?"

Seriously, if you are going to pay-per-view, rent, or buy a movie this month or this year, make it this one. It's worth it.

But yeah, has anyone seen it?

Yup, thought it was excellent. Loved the ending, especially.

I never saw it, I remember the trailer though and it didn't seem like my sort of film. What's it actually about?

It didn't really do well in the theaters (which surprised me since it had two great actors) but below is a synopsis:

"Corprate billionaire Edward Cole and working class mechanic Carter Chambers have nothing in common except for their terminal illnesses. While sharing a hospital room together, they decide to leave it and do all the things they have ever wanted to do before they die according to their bucket list. In the process, both of them heal each other, become unlikely friends, and ultimately find the joy in life."

FYI.. bucket list = things you want to do before you "kick the bucket" (i.e., die).
