      I've haven't seen it yet, but I hate it. You know why?

      Because at the theater I work in, all times for the movie sold out. Along with Sisterhood of the Traveling pants. Completely sold out, all times, on both. Along with a few times sold out on Step Brothers.

      Saw it yesterday and goddamn was it funny, soooo true. I love Seth Rogen, and James Franco was excellent aswell, played the part of a deealer/stoner perfectly!

      It's not a great movie in the traditional sense, in fact a lot of it is very kid's movie-esque writing(the set ups are cliched and the plot feels very forced)... but it it so damn funny it's still great.
      The characters are great, the jokes are hilarious, the buds are beautiful.
      But the way they walk us through every plot point to get to the next made it seem very forced, and I know they probably dumbed it down due to the fact that their primary audiece is probably stoned.
      But I was coming down off of an acid trip and I was stoned out of my head when I saw it. And I felt like they thought I was stupid... having said that. I definitely recommend it, it is so damn funny it's scary.

      My only huge qualms with it are that
      A) I wasn't in it
      B) I hate Rosie Perez
      C) I wanted to be the first person to write and/or direct a stoner-action-comedy (I'm working on my script right now and it's gonna be amazing)

      Yeah that's true, some did feel a bit forced to me.

      What did astonish me was that it was so funny throughout the whole movie that it completely distracted me from the fact that there is little to no structure lol. the scenes progress through the movie like thoughts through a stoners mind, which in essence it probably is haha.
