Gotta thank xox for recommending this film, it's fantastically awesome. It's based on a book of the same name written by John Ajsomething Lindqsomething, some swedish dude. There's also going to be an American remake in 2010 called "Let me in" which I will boycott out of disdain because this movie was amazably beautific and just... There is no way they could do it better. |

Very, very good movie. Amazing, in short. Recommend it highly to everyone. |

Fucking phenomenal movie. And don't worry, Omnis, that's not much of a spoiler. In fact, the whole movie is pretty straight forward, so unless you're telling anything in particular that happens, there aren't too many surprises. |

I know, and it ruins it if I hype it up like that anyway. I mean, just imagine this. Xox recommended it to me, Xox... so already I thought it would involve gay cowboys eating pudding. It was foreign, the genre read "drama/horror/sport(???)" so I was thinking it'd be some weird abstract shit about a boy who wants to be michael miers when he grows up or some crap like that. I was caught pleasantly by surprise when she first ripped the guy open and started chowing down. |

It was a great movie mainly because these two have a relationship based on loneliness and existentialism, or a wisdom, that frees them of having to use words...and the interaction gets more and more intimate, and the ending goes like something strait out of a Stanly Kubrick film. |

Didn't I recommend it to you, Xox? |

I believe I was the one who first one to bring it up here (who the hell cares!?) |
|
Nah. I brought it up when I posted my "best movies you didn't see this year" thread. I only asked Xox because I honestly didn't remember if I recommended it to her. Since I believe I did, in chat, I was curious as to whether or not I actually did. I wasn't competing. Lol. |

I posted a specific thread about the movie before. |

Both of you really, since both of you created threads on it. So I decided to see it to see what the fuss was about. |

I tried to watch that movie. I couldn't get through it. I didn't think it was that bad. However, I didn't think it was such an amazing movie that I was going to watch it after the time constraints had elapsed from megavideo. So I never finished it entirely, so I would have to rate it as a fine movie. Perhaps it would have been better if I made it to the end, but I can't imagine why people consider it to be "fantastically awesome." I suppose it must be something that attracts vampire fanatics. |

you have to have patience to watch it. I also think there is plenty of materiel within it to keep you watching, you just have to be in the mind set of these people. |

I agree, I am definitely not a vampie fanatic. How does one become a vampire fanatic. I like vampire movies, but if you mean I need to shop at hot topic then I'm out, thanks. |
