UGH! I just watched like maybe, 90% of that movie tonight, and I had to turn it off because it was so incredibly freaking me out

(My boyfriend won't tell me how it ended, will you PM me the ending Tygr? I know, I'm a chicken, but this always happens to me with movies where there are children in it, ever since I had a child, ya know? But only tell me if it ends happy, or sorta happy even.)

Hotel Rowanda was the same way. They seriously need to include razor blades in the dvd case so we can commit suicide after watching it

Well, I'd prefer razor blades and the address of the writer/director so we can show them what it's like to sit through their movies. I didn't watch the end of it, either.

I liked it, as I felt that the suspence to calm ratio was well done and they didn't make it out to be a "let's be a gung-ho hero!" movie. It also put into perspective the question of what really is important in one's life?

I wouldn't buy it, but I'm glad I saw it. I just don't buy that many primarily suspenseful movies.

A bit of a head trip, four characters. Very good film though. I'd definitely recommend it. Taught me quite a bit about relationships, and being emotionally true to yourself. You're screwed if you don't.

at home or friends- amittyville horror (the new one) proboly one of the funniest horror movies i have ever seen.

I saw Capote and Walk The Line in theatres....both very, very, very good movies.

If Philip Seymour Hoffman doesn't win Best Actor for his portayal of Truman Capote I'll flip.

Millennium Actress. Sounds lame, but is actually pretty good.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Just saw it last night. Really good!

I just saw Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. It was actually really neat. It was different, and I really enjoyed watching it.

'Message in a bottle' A very sad, touching kind of film...kinda made me think, when you find that person you love, for goodness sake, don't let them get away, you don't know what's around the next corner.

Ok looks like I'll use this thread for my little movie reviews.

Last night I saw Wolf Creek. (survival horror) And WOW, finally a movie you can watch twice, if you have a strong stomach atleast. I'll be buying this on DVD when it comes out. So I'd give it atleast 4 stars.

I think it was a nice piece of work, whoever directed it. The atmosphere was conveyed well and a few good characters is always better than a whole bunch of hollywood clones that can't act. I have not seen a decent Aussie movie in a long time. But I liked the characters in this movie. I am not scraed easily but this one atleast made me a little tense. And I am use to gore, but there was some moments when even I found it hard to watch. Everyone in the cinema was just discusted. Expecially when he cut her fingers off and shoved that knife in her spinal cord rendering her nothing but "a head on a stick" as he called it. The things this parasite does to his victims is enough to put you off going to the outback forever.

What you should not expect from this movie is a satisfying ending, it leaves you very confused. I think that's partly what makes it so great. The mystery behind the whole thing. It wouldn't be nearly as interesting if it wasn't based on true events though, and I would not have seen it. But it was an awesome movie nevertheless.

I watched The Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe. It was nice. I still like the BBC versions better though. Also, it was faithful to the book, which is nice...

Yeah, the commercials were boasting of reviews saying that it was outrageously funny and light-hearted.

Terrible. Were they blind, deaf, and dumb?

I don't think that the media should have misadvertised it, but I thought it was great. It was awkward, but I really loved it.
