Halloween 2 Remake (Worst POS Ever)

I am going to rant and rave a little bit here..

I am a huge fan of the original halloween movies.. I thought they were fucking great.. So I saw the remake of halloween, yes, the one that rob zombie made..

I watched it.. and I was like... are you fucking serious.. He totally destroyed the image of who and what michael myers was.. are you serious? He goes from an average human being (like us) maybe about 6 feet or so tall.. to a fucking HULK mother fucker who everyone he sees he kills???

Anyone who is a fan of the old halloweens know that Myers is and was nothing like rob zombie is making him out to be.. zombie is humanizing Myers--making Myers more like "A today's horror person".. Better yet, he is making it into a "Today's horror movie"

You know, the one's that you go see that are lame and predictable.. yah, those ones..

Just like the texas chainsaw movies... The first remake wasn't that great.. but THE BEGINNING imo was awesome.. Even though they did the same thing.. took a normal sized person and made them HULK..

It's like where the hell does rob zombie get the idea to make something so amazing, into something so fucking wrong?? His music was alright, but damn, I know he must be short on money to be directing movies now..

I wish the fucking old michael myers would come and slash that mother fuckers throat and be like "YOU KNOW WHY!!!!"

I am done.. all opinions are welcome.. lol

EDIT: I forgot to mention I read on a reliable sourced website that Rob Zombie is even thinking about making Myers talk in the 2nd remake....more bullshit to add to the fire!! FUCK THAT!

I agree, Rob Zombie totally fucked up the remake. The original Halloween is one of my favorite movies of all time. Personally, I didn't care for the rest of the series, I only really liked the first one. The main reason I didn't like the remake was because Rob gave Michael a shitty back story. He suggests that Michael kills because he had abusive parents and was picked on by bullies. Also, it shows how he tortured animals as a kid, the obvious sign of a future serial killer. How uninspired. The original Michael was cool because he had no reason for killing, he was just a born psychopath hellbent on killing his entire family. I also hated the remake for giving Mike long faggoty hair and making him 7 feet tall. I'm still gonna see the remake just for kicks, and it looks a lot better than the first remake. The hood that he wears in the new movie actually looks pretty sick, maybe it'll be good :/

Halloween 1 and 2 were classic movies, I hate when they remake old movies. I can't name one remake that held a candle to their remakes.

      The 300 Spartans > 300
Willy Wonka (Gene Wilder) > Willy Wonka (Johnny Depp)
Halloween (John Carpenter) > Halloween (Rob Zombie)

      Grrr

Actually, I thought Rob Zombies Halloween was one of best slasher movies I've seen. And I've always been a fan of those kind of movies. The brutality of it was beyond the others of it's kind. And I liked the story of the kid going insane.

And the movie gave me one of the best kick ass nightmares I've had in a few years. For that reason alone I give it five stars.
