Anyone read comics anymore?

I have always loved comics but when I moved to Montana the nearest comic shop was 80-90 miles away. I moved to colorado semi-recently and began collecting them again. I was blown away by some of the things going on these days. Identity Crisis was unbelievable, and it took me awhile to figure out what was going on with Batman, new robin, old robin(nightwing),batgirl etc. and these days in X-Men Proffesor X is gone, Jean Grey is REALLY dead, Cyclops is with Emma Frost. Things are definently different these days but after reading afew Id say their better than ever. Reply if youve been reading. My girlfriend sure as hell wont read them no-one else that I know here does either. Astonishing X-men kicks ass.

Ultimate Spiderman definately kicks ass. Bendis is one of the greatest writers I've seen in a while.

I read Ultimate X-Men (The UK version) and i collect Ultimate Spider-Man in Trade Paperback form. I also have ultimate fantastic four, ultimate marvel team up and the ultimates in TPB. I basically read all of the ultimate titles (if you couldn't tell already).
I recommend reading the Ultimate Nightmare mini series.

I also read humour magazine 'Viz' as well.

I'm not a big fan of DC. However i really enjoy the Teen Titans, Batman Beyond ("Batman of the Future" in the UK) and Justice League cartoons.

I read the Snoopy and Garfield comics.

Those are really more comic strips than whole comic, really...but heh, they can be entertaining at times (though I never really liked Garfield much...).

Ive been reading comics all my life (im 22) i think comics are wonderfully creative (if the form is not abused, in relation to most mainstream comics).

im a HUGE fan of Alan Moore Comic Books, hes a Genius of modern literature. I reccently finished Promethea (no words can describe how amazing it is).

One comic that i have to mention to everyone is Kabuki
by David Mack! (im sure 99% of you will enjoy reading it).

Everybody loves comics!

From what i've seen, I like the new X-men and spiderman comics. There isn't really a comic store near me though.

Kabuki is awesome and so is Razor. I don't read comics anymore but I used to collect: X-Men, Razor, Kabuki and LOBO. I have the comic book of Superman's death. It's in a safe...
