I think it's really interesting to hear from his side of the story; the duality of what he was ordered to do, versus his feelings on having to actually do them. I think it puts a lot into perspective. But I do also like to see such "tin-foil hat" theories like Black Sites and Rendition being brought to light as actual truths.
