I'm curious if more of you lucid dreamers are right or left brain hemisphere dominant.
Please post which one you are!

my left hemisphere of brain is dominated:)
I responded as a right brained person to 10 questions, and I responded as a left brained person to 9 questions. It said that I seemed to be comfortable using strategies for both sides for the brain. It also said that my preference may be situational and apparent mainly when stress in a factor. This does not necessarily mean that I am ambidextrous. However, I am on my way to becoming whole brained and will benefit from using study strategies useful for both sides of the brain.

I took the test, and honestly I thought some of the questions were a little hard to give a good answer to. I must consider though, no psychological survey is going to be very accurate at all to begin with with only 18 questions :P

So yeah, something roughly around there I guess. I would have thought right-brain dominant to some uncertain degree.

I got left, but the characteristics sound nothing like me at all. All from all the other quizes i took on what brain r u, i got right for all of them. I read both the left and the right, and i know i am right. And schedules suck like shit, which appearantly lefts use, but i hate them :P
So im just gonna say i am right brain :D
EDIT: i answered randomly just to check if the test is like glitched or somthing because it said 18 left brain. I answered random answers to the questions and it still said 18/18. So ima just say its glitched :P

I guess I use both sides equally, although it said I'm slightly more left sided.

Do most people use more to left or right brain?

Holisitc: Processing information from whole to part; sees the big picture first, not the details.
Random: Processing information with out priority, jumps form one task to another.
Concrete: Processes things that can be seen , or touched - real objects.
Intuitive: Processes information based on whether or not it feels right know answer but not sure how it was derived.
Nonverbal: Processes thought as illustrations.
Fantasy-Oriented: Processes information with creativity; less focus on rules and regulations
Wow it sounds like there isn't much of a pattern! I was surprised by how many took the test, maybe I just assumed more people knew their brain dominancy after taking a couple a couple psychology classes. For those of you that feel like their results don't match their personalities, for the best results you would want to take much more in depth tests that cover a larger variety. The test in the link was just meant to give you an idea like I said.

I kinda expected that, as it's much easier for me to think through pictures in my head instead of words.

Gotta be honest though the test is appaling. You can see it even in the first question left or right.. doesn't include "no preference" or "depends where my friends are" "I sometimes follow my hunches, sometimes I don't". I do the main bulk of my thinking walking around. By dichotomising the answer options you remove fuckloads of complexity and seem to loose your eye for left/right hemisphere lateralisation and synchronisation.
Although to some extend people can generally be classified in this way, I don't honestly believe that this particular test will actually illuminate this.
Well i got 18 left and 0 right. I went into the test expecting to get left even though I didn't know what it meant lol. Just thought left sounded right.

Its not true, I went through and changed one of my answers and it still said 18 left 0 right. Hate to ruin the forum, but its true.

I said I often got hunches and followed them, and my desk was cluttered. I thought that was right brain?
I retook the test, gave different answers and got the same result. It says not to do it. I think somethings wrong with the website.

I also checked my answers against the answersheet they provide, and I got mainly right hemisphere dominant, like I guessed I would.
Maybe the connection is bad at this end...

Also, for all you dual dominant thinkers like me that get close to a half and half result, here is a general description:

Hah, wow, I did a different left right brain test online and I got half the answers left brain and half the answers right brain just like this one.

Oi, I didn't take any tests, but I can tell you I'm a lefty. In brain. Righty in body parts.
BTW, left side of brain controls right side of body and vice versa.

Holy fuck, I used to get 75% right handed on these. Been in the military a year and a half and being as lazy and unmethodical as I am still I some how managed "You responded as a right brained person to 0 questions, and you responded as a left brained person to 18questions.". God dammit, now I have to be a organized person the rest of my life. I'm wiling to bet once I'm out I'll be back to where I was ;) Then again, I have learned to remove nearly all emotion from my thought process. Maybe that's why it's left brained now?
