You say tax on drugs and etc. but have you ever been to amsterdam, weed is so capitalized. I prefer weed to be Ilegal rather than legal and capitlazed and with incredible control over it, where is the freedom? :?
Now, any use of drugs, the person needs to have its own auto control, or else theres no difference if your brain will malfunction because of a drug, as if you drink like crazy and damage your liver, or smoke like hell and get cancer, its common sence. Anything in excess isn't good
