      You know they didn't test it in just St. Louis right? Protip: Skip to page 72 to see more info on the toxicology report. Let out a sigh of relief, and keep reading till you find out that people exposed are up to ten times more likely to develop cancer.

      Side note: I've seen random C-130's fly over head making several passes, only to see droplets coming out of the air shortly after. "The government is up to some shit cuz" -Friend that was with me at the time.

      At the risk of sounding like I'm endorsing chemtrail conspiracy theories...could be.

      It would be the army though. Contrary to what most people seem to think (or perhaps in some instances it's all they can manage to conceptualize), all authority in America is not conglomerated into a single homogenous entity called "the government, man".
