This thread is boring. How can I change the way I look at it to make it humorous (if not something deeper)? |

It seems like boredom is just feeling entitled to entertainment from an outside source. It comes from an assumption about how things should be |

157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.

So you're saying, entertainment should flow from the inside out? I find this in-line with my own experiences. When I get bored, I create things. I teach, creating ideas in people (and a certain parrot), I make music as I do chores, I create and propagate life itself, both animal and plant. It's rewarding and fulfilling to know that I've made new things come into existence, especially when it's something I can always improve upon, or magnify. |
