No dude, you have only anecdotal evidence. Someones testimony is not strong evidence. The "implants" have been disproven. If someone says "people are being abducted by aliens" it's up to them to provide proof.

2. Yes. OBE's happen anywhere dude. It is caused mainly by stress, lots of sugar and high blood pressure along with other brain conditions.
