Bill O'reilly was the host of Inside Edition in the early 90's. This video shows him absolutely losing his mind on his film crew because the teleprompter screwed up. Notice his sniffling. I think there is a high likelihood he was jacked up on cocaine.

Bill O'Reilly reminds me of Lewis Prothero, 'The voice of London', from V for Vendetta.
