Sweet. Have you grown before?
If not I recommend going over to the cannabis.com forums. Lots of helpful people there.
No iz okay, I use proxy.
lol. I don't care, they're not gonna look for me cause I said I want to grow pot.
You're right. They're to busy using the patriot act to gather legitimate online evidence against real criminals in an efficient manner. Oh wait...
Heh....
They honestly wouldn't put the effort in to find one person who may or may not be growing.
There's whole forums dedicated to it and a very select few have been busted, due to their own stupidity. Telling everyone, not growing on their own property, not covering smells, etc.
This post honestly made me sigh in relief: out of all places in the U.S? In Geneva, Switzerland where I go to school there was a recent attempt to pass such a Law of Decriminalization and I was shocked to see it didn't pass. About 5 years ago up to 2 grams (approximately, I don't quite remember) were permitted to be on individuals. Smoking in public has always been prohibited... which I disagree with but big deal at least a cop couldn't fine you for having a small sum of cannabis.
The laws in Geneva are loose on marijuana, you need to be in possession of kilos to obtain a serious sentence, but I'm still disappointed. What is quite insane though is that laws permit you to grow up to two plants in your home as long as you do not distribute them in any way shape of form. Once the cops came to a friend's house and told him to "move the plants" because they were "intruding onto his neighbors balcony" (yes they were monsters). Just like the fact that one is allowed to grow psychoactive mushrooms for "scientific research" as long as you don't consume or sell them, I find this very ridiculous. These little loopholes are convenient, but none-the-less they do not correspond to many other laws and I find this to be a real shame.
The illegality of drugs causes far more problems than legalizing them... look at Columbia. You will find very few people who take cocaine regularly, but it is the main source of income and I assure you that far more people die in the trade than from direct use of the drug. Drug trafficking is such a dangerous, disgusting business and just like everything which is illegal the service provided to you will be shady (I of course am speaking of cutting and lacing).
Just last summer some young adults were killed through shards of fiberglass in their cannabis. Is this a result of the drug itself or the illegal trafficking? I think that's a pretty simple example...
It may be hard for closed-minded politicians and citizens of the world to look at the big picture, but honestly... in reality it is a simple task.
Intelligent, well spoken, European and into Dimethyltriptomine? I think I'm in love. :P
I agree totally, the loopholes in the system, while awesome for me, are pretty ridiculous.
I was able to buy and cultivate Psilocybe cubensis at a friend's house 100% legally FFS.
:peace:
In Aus a few years ago they were gonna Decriminalise or Legalise for Medical use. I'm pretty sure it was the latter because the majority of doctors supported it!
Guess what? Cops came in bitching and whining "no we don't want those drugs on OUR street sir judge" "ok"
It sickens me. Now our country is no doubt the hardest on drugs that I know of, on a whole. It's like the cops have suddenly bounced back into action thinking "ok they almost got that one through us, we gotta go all out hardcore from now on". I'm just hoping they come down from their high soon. With a MAJOR crash :D
All I'm hoping that comes out of these decriminalisation in America and such is that once MOST states are MMJ (Medical Marijuana for those not 'in the know') or decriminalised that we will follow. Also I REALLY hope the DEA stops 'not recognising state law' lol, what a joke. :shakehead2:
Oh yeah and the mushrooms thing lol. In our law they have a list of 'plants' that are banned. First of all Mushrooms aren't a plant. Second of all they have it listed as 'Psilocybin'. lol so I'm pretty sure if one was aware of that fact you could get away with it.
