So a while ago, I was just surfing the web, and fell upon different websites of people who think they're being controlled/observed through various electronic means. They call it "Electronic Harassment/Monitoring". I sort of brushed it off, but I'm still curious about it. I was wondering if anyone had heard about this or had any opinions. It seems pretty far-fetched to me, but then again, would anyone really bother making these websites for nothing? Or are they really nuts?
One example of such sites is http://www.emhdf.com/ . It has a bunch of links on the right to other ones.
