I'm sorry but I did a typo in the "Beginners Lucidity Club" thread. There will be a chat session for that club on the 19th not the 16th. Also the regular chat for questions and just random talk will be today, on Tuesdays that is.

Hey Matte,
Here's a question regarding WB2B.
You say that you don't want to overdo the WB2B. What is a good number of days to put inbetween WB2B Attempts?

Actually, you can't really overdo WBTB, aslong as you have faith in each time. I only do it once or twice a week because I see it as something "special" and that makes me believe in the technique more. I can't really do WBTB's during the weekday so I guess that's why I do it.

Hey tblanco. I've changed it so that there will be no chat on Tuesdays, there's simply not enough people who wants to get on. I'll still keep my session on Thursdays though and we'll just talk about everything and anything then, but focusing mainly on the TaskClub.

Why don't you make your very own Workbook and join the class anyways?

Chat times is usually for random chat about Lucid Dreaming, aswell as the previous and upcoming tasks for the TaskClub. I'll check with everyone if there is another night during the week they'd rather have than Thursday nights.

wat if i already did this week's task in a previous dream, does it count? or do i have to complete the task again within the week you assign it?

Nope sorry, you have to complete the tasks now. Tasks you've done in the past doesn't count.

You usually spend a certain amount of time in REM sleep every night, if for some reason, one night you lose out on some REM, you will catch up on it the next day.

This is what we mean when we say REM rebound

Wouldn't you have trouble controlling that sorta thing? Oh well... I had no dreams last night, due to restlessness, so I might find out if that is what actually is happening tonight :3

If you sleep 5 hours or less you get REM rebound the day after. You start having long periods of REM sleep after your third dreaming cycle which is done at around 4½ hours. Good luck!

It's pretty long, you want something short and easy to repeat. You can't have it too long because that'll make it less effective. But it's mostly about intentions anyways so try it, but I advice you take something shorter. "I lucid dream" perhaps?

Dreams are successions of images, ideas, emotions, and sensations that occur involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep...its only your imagination....you don't need light.

Our dreams are capable of creating anything we have experienced, light is experienced every day so that's not really too hard. If you mean when you're about to wake up, then it's because when you start to wake up your real world senses become active and the light in your room shines through your eyelids. That's how the Nova dreamer works, you don't only experience it when you're about to wake up.
