It's actually Canadians that are making the high THC hemp oil and using it.

Plant extracts are use all the time to cure ailments (do you know what aspirin is?), if it were true then there would be scientific evidence and somebody would be out there making a killing from this gigantic gap in the market.

doctors wouldnt be making any money so they want nothing to do with it. same reason why hemp is not in mass industrialization, it would get in the way of the greedy bastards that make money off of trees for paper, oil for cars and almost every other material they profit from that can also be made using hemp. which is why cannabis was made illegal in the first place, do some research.

Hemp is in mass industrialization in most Europe, and we certainly have biotech. Stop thinking that America is the only country in the world capable of developing technology.
