      anybody else on dreamviews lift?

been lifting for a little over two months and its one of the best things that could have ever happened to me. the best part is the gains and my increased strength. ive never had so much definition or muscles in my entire life

who else has a passion for lifting?

I want to start, but I have lots of things getting in the way, like swimming everyday and lots of homework and we sold our weights and bench. Is it possible to still get ttoned and stronger without weights as opposed to with weights? Are pushups effective?

sit ups and push ups can only take you so far. if you want to build some real muscle and strength id suggest a bar and a bench. its good that you stay active with swimming though

Hey yeah I am, about 2 months as well. I love seeing gains and I've pretty much doubled+ all of my weight. if you want to get serious about it Motley you at least need some dumbbells and a barbell, that' what I have. I also skip as well

yea going on my 5th year too but these past two years haven't been that great. A lot of injures from work. Im not that big of a guy but I can say that before my injuries I was benching 225lb. Im a skinnier looking guy so for to bench that much is pretty good. I cant wait to start again because I love lifting.
