I think I have the flu.
I went to bed at 10:00 and woke up two hours later with hot flushes, nausea, and the feeling that I was going to throw up. It's horribly unpleasant and I was trying to cool myself off for the first few minutes, but then I ended up grabbing a bin and going to the washroom. I was in there for almost an hour in and out, and I'm still running to it, up and down the stairs. I haven't thrown up yet, but I have bad runs, I'm getting chills, and my stomach hurts. :|
Any tips on how to fix this? Because it's 2:00 here, I can't sleep, and I have to get up for school in a little over four hours. Although I'm not expecting replies right now, I'd appreciate anything at all.

go to bed right now
because you'll feel worse for every hour you don't sleep.

But I can't. D: I tried sleeping but I started to get hot flushes.
...Maybe I'll try once more.

Force yourself to puke? It helps me clear the nausea in my stomach and I'll feel much better. Anyway it's a great excuse to skip school ;)
Anyway take care and get well soon!

When I got swine flu I just felt faintly nauseous and fatigued for a day or two, and yes, sleeping is definitely the best remedy.
If you're struggling then obvious try taking some pills.
If it gets worse go see a doctor.

I've never had the flu :D

Managed to sleep last night, got four hours. This morning I'm doing better other than having no appetite and a tight stomach, so maybe it was food poisoning. I went to a barbeque yesterday and had mini doughnuts, which might have been the cause.

If you have the flu, don't go to school. You'll infect a bunch of other people and that would really suck for them.

No, I'm sure I don't have the flu. I went to the doctor and I didn't have a fever.

Oh, must've been the fish then.
