Quick mini workouts for building muscle/getting stronger?
Hi all, I was wondering about what kinds of things I could do at home to get stronger and build muscle? I do not have weights nor time to go to the gym, since I swim every day. In addition to swim, I want to get stronger and build muscle. I was wondering what are some quick workouts I could do like pushups or something to get stronger?
Also, is the thing about there being two types of muscles true? I mean I have heard there is the lean functional muscle and the big bulky muscle...
