Keep getting throat scratched by food.

Many times when i eat if i don't chew 100 percent well, then i get scratched by food and it feels like i get cut. This makes me psychologically weak and i start panicking.

Most of the times it hurts really bad but if i try to forget it, then a few days later i'll be ok.

The initial scrach taht i had like 3 years ago was with a Dorito and it was really baaaad.
Something happened and it felt like my throat was severely damaged. and it actualy was because ever since, i hear a sound like this "CRRRRRRR" in my throat when i pass saliva.

anyways, when i eat i try to chew well but i just can't. My tongue seems to push the food before it's fully chewed

Has anyone ever hurt their throat this way?

Maybe you should have that checked out, though the sound is probably totally normal, and maybe you only noticed it after you started worrying about it.

Eat slower, and chew a bit slower. I bet you're trying to eat too fast. What's the rush?

I took a substantial injury to my throat too once, but I didn't get it checked out, because that how we roll in Americuh.

Sarcasm aside, go to a doctor and get it checked out asap. You probably have some kind of cut that won't heal without getting a little extra care.

You sound like that girl from My Girl, who thought she had a chicken bone stuck in her throat or something. Are you a bit of a...hypochondriac? Maybe? I mean, I totally agree...Doritos can be dangerous. Just eat slower. If you're really worried about it...I dunno...switch to baby food or something. It's actually quite yummy. The fruity kind I mean.
