      Does this seem like a lot of food?

      3.5 L of whole raw milk, bowl of cereal, cream of wheat with maple syrup, 6 eggs, grapes, 10 homemade chocolate chip cookies, 12 oz steak (rare), coconut oil, sweet potatoe, 1/4 cup mixed nuts

      LDs to date: ~ 100 mostly DILDs

      Yes. I think there are people who eat that much every day, but I'm pretty sure if I did I'd get fat.

      It's a lot of food for a midnight snack, but probably not enough for a stable full of horses.

      What is the context of the question? It's way too much food to eat in one sitting. It's a lot of food for one day. Just add up the calories and figure it out for yourself. Also, don't eat steak rare.

      cooking kills the meat and devitalizes it

      i flash fry it just enough to sear the outside then eat most of it raw or rare

      feels good man

      Just don't order it rare if you're in a country with bad water filter systems or you might get worms.

      Ya that's food for one day.

      I work a very physical job so i need a lot of calories, i feel i could probably eat more with no problem.

      I'm not worried about the meat, it comes from my parents farm and we take good care of our animals (until we kill them).

      Sounds like you get most of your stuff from the family farm, wouldn't like to see your grocery bill otherwise .

      I suppose if you get a lot of exercise, you need to eat more calories than most people to make up for the lost calories.
