      Pretty common knowledge, but a good read nonetheless.

      Although yesterday I did a hill sprint after eating some Taco Bell and then proceeded to puke my guts out at the top.

      One thing I find interesting, some psych books flat tell you that regular exercise has never been topped by any drug for mental illness to date, yet people keep asking for pills that destroy them.

      Exercising doesn't put you in a depressed mood, it does the exact opposite. if it's making you depressed your doing something wrong man

      Runners high is great. Releasing endorphins when working out or exercising in general. These chemicals are sort of like your body's own opiates, and they help you push through a workout, and give you a heightened sense of well being and a general "good" feeling. To ME, it's almost close to a cannabis high, when your surroundings just look dreamy and new. Like you've seen it for the first time.
