Question I'm being sick, a lot... Anyone know what's going on?

I've been sick about 3 times in 30 days or so. Each time there have been no other symptoms. I wake up, feel sick, and then keep throwing up and can't eat anything for a day or two. The first time was mid-April, then at the end of April, and then today.

It usually happens as soon as I wake up (I'm not pregnant by the way, let's clear that up ) but I don't realize until I become more aware. At first I thought it was food poisoning but I didn't have any meat yesterday at all, just loads of fruit, veg and bread.

Even once everything's up, I keep retching out bile. Today I had an exam and have probably fucked it up because I felt so weak.

I also had a migraine the other day, but other than these two things, nothing.

My parents think it's exam nerves, but I'm not worrying about them. They say that maybe I'm doing is subconsciously. Maybe...

I'm going to the doctors about it since I dunno what's going on. I have a tendency to get sick when I'm stressed, but I'm not stressed, and usually it's just a fever and feeling weak.

Anyone have any ideas? Sorry it's such a gross subject, I'm just annoyed and confused.

Usually whenever I'm throwing up, I have some kind of flu or stomach virus. I really couldn't tell you based on your post, but I think seeing the doctor is definitely a good idea, and ASAP. I hope you get better!

It would have to be 3 unrelated sicknesses, which is quite impressive, especially if nobody else around you has been sick. It could be something serious, so definitely go see the doctor.

You sound like my 14 yo daughter. She's been sick a lot this month- especially with nausea and vomiting. I asked her if she was pregnant lol- especially when she said she craved dirt during school. She loathes school and this week is major testing. It could be partially nerves for her. Maybe the stress is weakening your immune system and you're picking up bugs more easily.
I take Green Tea with Hoodia and Vitamin D3 religiously. For the most part, I've not been getting AS sick as I used to (except for this blasted lingering cough).

Seeing a Dr. is definitely a good idea, just to rule out anything serious. Perhaps you have an infection that's recurring.
      (((((hugs))))) feel better soon.

Thanks Zhaylin I think it is exams because it was gone as soon as I was done with my drama one yesterday.

My dad asked if I was pregnant too. The look on his face was really funny. I was like "No Dad no!" I'm not sure he believes me. But he knows I'm not the type to go and get myself knocked up so it's ok

I also drink green tea, though not as much recently. I had a nice mug of it last night before going to bed.

Such distance in the cases implies it must be something more than just a virus. Stomach flu may be the case, but I'd expect you'd have more obvious symptoms than just vomiting in the morning. I propose:

An anxiety disorder. Do you suffer from stress, or general anxiety? A symptom of this can be nausea and vomiting.
Food allergy or dietary issue. Do you notice this illness after eating dairy, wheat, or really fatty or sugary foods? Could be related to bad eating.
Food poisoning. Is there a particular meal you eat that results in illness 24 hours after? Poor reheating of food, or issues with food hygiene with particular products like meat may be the cause.
Medication. Are you using medication or some kind of medicinal product before the illness?

The bile thing is common when vomiting, your gag reflux is going crazy and looking at sick won't help. You may wish to search "morning sickness without pregnancy" online and look for alternative explanations.

I didn't have any meat at all the day before. I always check to see if it's cooked anyway.

      Nah they don't luckily.

Meditation, if you have many unrelated illnesses that seem to have no physical symptoms or attachments. It could just be a bit of the universal bug.
This was that cult, and the prisoners said it had always existed and always would exist, hidden in distant wastes and dark places all over the world until the time when the great priest Cthulhu, from his dark house in the mighty city of R'lyeh under the waters, should rise and bring the earth again beneath his sway.
